Something I took from my first NLP qualification, “NLP Practitioner Cert”, was how we all learn in different ways (Kinestic, Audio, Visual). Although in my experience we use a combination of these. But this isn’t an NLP lesson. I am pretty visual and struggle to explain strategies etc without doodling on a notepad. So I got a huge wipe board to try draw out my strategies …
